Dhruv Oja Vs Tanishq Saxena

Dhruv Oja has had a dreamy run for the Finals. He defeated No. 1 seeded Dhruv Patel in the semis and is now up against No. 2 seed Tanishq for the finals. Tanishq started the game brightly and reached 2:0 after one error from Dhruv. The game was being played at a good level as feints, drops and chops were lifted very often. Dhruv managed to make the game even at 4-4, 7-7, 8-8 through some beautiful comebacks. Tanishq was on a winning streak which only allowed six more points to Dhruv before wrapping up the set, 21:14.

First set: Tanishq , 21:14.

The second set saw Dhruv putting impressive run of shots, gaining confidence early on but Tanishq kept score in check with leading 10:7 at second set half.Dhruv then made some unforced errors and sent the ball out with Tanishq defending neatly at 15:9. Some fantastic shots from Dhruv ensured few more points but couldn’t break the resilience and game for Tanishq, 21:14.
