For a player, it’s always useful to include the ability to spill over one year’s allotment onto the next year – this is particularly useful in case the player is injured. Also, keep the amount of on-pitch product as a separate bucket as this is probably going to eat into your other areas.┬áBe careful that any spillovers cannot be translated into cash and allowed to be adjusted against your base price – these eat into your annual cash component !! Any spillover has to be notified by the sponsor within a certain time frame and remedial measures need to be illustrated clearly.
