FIFA World Cup Final: Match Review

The team selection was probably the best of 11 for both the teams this World Cup! The defining moment of the game had to be the penalty awarded to France after the referee had to use the video assist. It boosted the French’s hopes and put Croatia under immense pressure.

This final was blessed; in the sense that the world’s best 2 teams showcased their talent for goals and 6 at that!!! Croatia may have lost, but they played very well, and it was great that their captain Luka Modrić was awarded with the Golden Ball. The World Cup 2018 ended is a superb way! – Anagha Janakiraman
