Well, these are just a few trivia bits about one of the most awaited Grand Slams of the year!
And then there is the fact that Roger Federer, Pete Sampras and William Renshaw are tied with 7 Wimbledon titles, the highest amongst men.
Good for them, but they still are less than Martina Navratilova, who has won 9 Wimbledon titles, the highest amongst women. Highest yet!
Hot favourite to win the titles this year are Andy Murray and Roger Federer. And in women’s, since Serena Williams isn’t playing, it could be anybody. But the experts pin their hopes on Angelique Kerber or Kristina Mladenovic.
Wimbledon’s going to be very exciting this year!
